Redcoat has been providing regular high-quality sea freight services for half a century. All containers are secured and marked for ease of identification on arrival, with Redcoat staff overseeing both the loading and un-loading processes.

Unfortunately we cannot and do not guarantee delivery dates.

You can call us to arrange a collection in the UK or, you can fill out our online quotation form.

Our collections are "All day" meaning we cannot provide a time slot.

Rules for our Driver collections:

Each piece cannot weigh more than 30kgs (contact us if you need heavy goods collecting)
Driver will call when they are on their way (about 30 minutes before)
Collections within the M25

Rules for Third-party collections:
Each piece cannot weigh more than 30kgs
Drivers are not required to call you, please ensure bells are working
NO suitcases, barrels or TV's

Yes, we can deliver within a limited radius. Please contact us for more information and a delivery quote.

Yes, payment is required in advance for all shipments.

As part of our Standard service, Redcoat will handle all export documentation, including the Air Waybill. The consignee must present this document to claim the goods at the destination.

Our Cleared service includes collections, export documentation, clearance, all local handling charges, duties and taxes paid for.

You can ship some foods by air freight, please see a guideline below:

Banjul to UK

NO RAW Meat
Fruit and Veg must be in original packaging
Dry food must be in original packaging

UK to Banjul
We can ship most foods, except frozen
Chilled foods can be shipped (extra charges for special packaging may apply)

Yes, you can ship your TV. However, you will need to sign a disclaimer form stating that we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping; it is sent at the sender's own risk.

We offer a service to board up the screen side of the TV to provide some protection, but please note that this still does not guarantee complete protection, and we are still not liable for any damage.

There is an additional charge for the boarding service.

We don’t provide insurance, but can refer you to a trusted provider who will bill you directly.
